This policy explains how Parity Ventures LLC, doing business as TopRatedCrew, collects and uses personal information. It covers this website and the services we provide to our business clients.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and the details you share when you contact us or subscribe.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, and billing contact details. We do not store full card numbers.
- Client customer data. When we operate the services for you, our systems process the contact details and message history of your customers (name, phone, email, appointment and review activity). We handle this data on your behalf.
- Website usage. Basic server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To provide, configure, and support the services.
- To bill you and keep financial records.
- To respond to enquiries and send service-related notices.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us deliver the services, and only to the extent needed. These include our CRM and automation platform, our payment processor, telecommunications and email delivery providers, our website host, and Google (for review and business profile features). We may also disclose information where required by law.
Customer data we process for clients
Where we process your customers' data, you are the controller of that data and we act on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact those individuals. On request, or on cancellation of your subscription, we will export or delete that data within a reasonable period.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes (generally seven years). Operational data is kept while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Messaging consent
We do not send marketing texts to consumers. Text messages sent through the services are sent from our clients' business numbers to their own customers, and recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable vendors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we will notify affected parties promptly if a breach materially affects their personal information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will post any updates on this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
